Health Fairs

Request an SFCC chiropractor and staff to set up a station where employees can receive demos, fill out health and stress surveys, complete self tests for nerve damage and postural problems, and participate in a Q&A with the doctor. Demos include Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), RockTape, and Graston. Employees are offered a half-off voucher for their first visit at SFCC when they inquire about treatment.

Requirements

Employer is responsible for full payment of the informational booth. Upon visit from employees, SFCC accepts most PPOs but currently does not accept Kaiser, Medi-Cal, Medicare, or any HMOs. For patients with these insurances that we do not accept, SFCC offers discounted rates when they pay for treatment packages.
