Chair Massages

Study after study has shown that 99% of employees will participate in a chair massage program, which can be cheaper than providing coffee and food to the office. Massages have been associated with increased immunity to sickness, improvement in joint and muscle aches, lowered blood pressure, and relief of arthritis.

While employers usually pay for the chair massage service, they are able to make the massages available to employees with their own form of payment. FSA cards are accepted. Google Sheets are preferred for scheduling as it offers a quick and easy way for employees and SFCC massage therapists to communicate.

Create a plan with an SFCC certified massage therapist to come into the office weekly, biweekly, monthly, or according to another proposed schedule, or sign up for a one-time event (such as a health fair) for two of our massage therapists to attend. Depending on the event, each chair massage lasts between 10 to 20 minutes.
