Choose from any of our workshop themes, or propose an idea to our office. These workshops include a lecture, Q&A session, interactive activities, and supplemental perks tailored to the theme. Our doctors can customize the presentation to last anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size of the company and the request of the employer.

Ideal for both office and remote workers, our program offers revitalizing stretches led by certified chiropractors, fitness trainers and wellness experts. Address common issues like neck and back pain associate with prolonged sitting, enhancing employee morale and promoting flexibility, strength and vitality.

REQUIREMENTS

A conference room or area large enough to accommodate employees. Company pays for or provides exercise equipment (i.e. foam rollers, bands, mats, etc.). $20 per employee, per class.
