All of this can actually increase the length of your life, with studies showing that people who have high-fiber diets are less likely to die of heart disease or cancer.

First, there are many foods that are rich in fiber. These include: beans, broccoli, whole grains, apples, and many other fruits and vegetables. You should also be able to check the fiber content of any food that you take. 
Second, there are fiber supplements. These are available in virtually any drug store or grocery store, and you can purchase them without a prescription. It is probably a good idea to check with your doctor before taking them if only to determine the amount and review any other concerns that you may have. Be aware that fiber isn’t cheap, either.
