Todd is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist® professional who holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College (where he graduated with honors), a Master of Arts degree in English from San Francisco State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Florida. Todd’s primary focus is assessing and addressing root causes of a wide variety of chronic systemic health disorders using an integrative and functional approach. He employs cutting-edge nutrition science to the complexity of human health and function. Using targeted laboratory testing and individualized nutrition assessment, evaluation, intervention and monitoring, he guides his clients in restoring homeostasis and optimal health. He is passionate about working closely with his clients to create individualized sustainable action plans and to support and inspire them in overcoming challenges on the road to wellness.
Todd believes in leading by example. To that end, he adheres to a plant-based diet consisting of mostly locally and organically grown, seasonal vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. He also partakes in a weekly routine of high intensity interval training and daily intermittent fasting and meditation.
