• An SFCC Mobile Chiropractor will come to your home to conduct a thorough exam and treatment–including soft tissue work, chiropractic adjustment and provide customized stretches/exercises to get you the relief you need
• Ergonomic assessment of your work-from-home station can be performed upon request

Fee Schedule:

• New Patient Exam and Treatment (45-60 min.) – $400
  • Family discount: Each additional family member gets $50 off
• Follow up Visit (15-30 min.): $200
  • Family discount: Each additional family member gets $50 off

During the pandemic, we take sanitization procedures very seriously to ensure the highest level of safety for you and our doctors.

We are strictly complying with all CDC sanitization guidelines:

• All chiropractic equipment is sanitized before and after use
• The temperature of doctors and patients are measured prior to entering the house
• Doctors and patients are required to wear masks and gloves (doctor only) the entire time
• Doctors are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and get tested regularly every 1-2 weeks
