Dr. Jessica Dzieszko
Dr. Jessica Dzieszko comes to San Francisco from Windsor, Ontario where she grew up as a competitive and professionally trained dancer. Her passion for movement lead her to pursue a Bachelors of Human Kinetics with Honors in Movement Science from the University of Windsor. She was later drawn to a career in Chiropractic as it would allow her to use her knowledge and passion for healthy lifestyles to help others achieve and maintain pain free movement naturally. Dr. Dzieszko moved to New York where she graduated summa cum laude with a Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. During her studies, Dr. Dzieszko was awarded a remote clerkship position at a private neurology clinic where she integrated chiropractic care for patients suffering from chronic pain and advanced neurological diseases. In her last semester of school, she spontaneously moved to San Francisco to complete her final internship with Dr. Jacobs at SFCC.
Dr. Dzieszko uses a diversified approach to provide quality personalized care in order to relieve pain, restore function and promote wellness. Through chiropractic adjustments, exercise prescription and soft tissue therapy such as ART and Graston, she aims to provide quick, effective and long lasting outcomes. In her spare time, Dr. Dzieszko enjoys staying active through crossfit, spinning, pilates and hiking. Her simple pleasures include a good cup of coffee and weekends spent outdoors in the California sunshine. As a newbie to the Bay area, she is open to any and all suggestions for fabulous food, drinks and activities!
