Dr. Catli Tran

BIO: As a climber, snowboarder, and former Cal rugby player, Dr. Catli Tran understands how important movement is to an active and fulfilling life. She combines her background in sports medicine with her personal passion for athletics to help patients recover from injuries, improve performance, and move with greater confidence.

Dr. Tran has experience caring for a wide range of patients, including professional and collegiate athletes, youth athletes, active adults, families, and individuals seeking better overall mobility and wellness. She has worked with professional MMA fighters, collegiate football players preparing for the NFL Combine, NCAA Division I athletes, and recreational athletes. She also serves as the team sports chiropractor for the San Jose Women’s Seahawks Rugby team, providing injury assessment, management, and performance focused care.
Her treatments may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, cupping, instrument assisted techniques, and individualized rehabilitation exercises. Dr. Tran takes an evidence based and patient centered approach, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual’s condition, activity level, and personal goals. She also emphasizes education, functional movement, and injury prevention so patients can take an active role in their recovery and maintain lasting results.

Dr. Tran earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West and holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbial Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
